Friday the 13th!
Let's see: At the end of the last reading the Lord was refusing to go forward with the people. In this reading, apparently because God favored Moses, God agrees to accompany the people. God's presence causes Moses' face to be radiant.
One miracle I see is this--that the people who had built an idol of gold and had worshiped it now bring more than enough offerings to build a very elaborate and expensive tabernacle (Exodus 35:4-6).
Talk about a turnaround!
